This practical session looks at how AI can act as a second pair of hands for staying on top of things, so fewer things slip and less of it has to live in your head.

Jeremy will show you how he does this himself using Claude Scheduled Tasks, a feature that lets AI run a job on a schedule and send you the result, so a check like an end-of-week wrap-up or a "what did I miss" sweep happens on its own without you having to remember to ask.

Prerequisites
We recommend all participants have a Claude Pro subscription to get the full benefit of this session. 

Jeremy will be hosting this as a 'build with me' session so that all participants have their own agent by the end of the session.
