10AM AWST / 12PM AEST

This session introduces OneNote as a practical, central workspace for Executive Assistants. It focuses on clear, easy‑to‑use structures that support day‑to‑day work, meeting notes, project coordination, and executive support - without overcomplicating the tool or needing technical expertise.

Key focus areas include:

  • How OneNote fits within Microsoft 365 and supports EA workflows

  • Setting up a simple, effective notebook structure (sections, pages and templates)

  • Creating and managing consistent meeting notes linked to Outlook

  • Adding and organising files, emails, links, screenshots and reference material

  • Simple, practical ways EAs can use OneNote to stay organised and reduce admin load
