That’s why I launched Carve. We offer live digital courses for executive assistants to learn AI and develop into a strategic assistant — carving out their own career growth in the process.
I used to be an EA. I loved that role and learned so much working for two incredible execs at the beginning of my career. And I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to shift into a learning & development role when the time was right.Â
I’ve spent the last decade building digital learning products, the last five of those on the leadership team at the peer learning app Hive Learning. I’m hugely passionate about creating learning experiences that move people forward, and the idea that everyone deserves to grow and progress at work — assistants included.
