I'm an executive assistant professional with two decades of experience supporting C-Suite executives and teams. My career spans a variety of industries including insurance, energy, finance, biotech, high-tech startups, venture capital, and am currently working at a financial tech firm.  I have journeyed from office administrator to C-Suite support partnership with CEOs, managing multitudes of small and large-scale projects over my career.

I've been coaching and mentoring executive assistants and people in other various business roles for more than a decade, enabling alignment with their executive team, enhancing communication strategies, and building instinctive situational awareness.
