Welcome, intros, framing 

Basics: defining the versions (Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork), basics of LLMs and how they work under the hood – 15 minutes

Prompting fundamentals, demo, and hands-on try-it in Zoom Rooms 

EA-specific use cases + demos: for example data analysis in Excel, generating follow-ups from Teams transcripts, Outlook catch-me-up 

Advanced: hands-on practice with Copilot Cowork plus an introduction to emerging features including Copilot Studio Agents, Notebooks and Workflows

Who It's For

This session is designed for more confident beginners through to intermediate Copilot users – we expect you'll already have some experience working in Copilot on an Enterprise plan, or maybe you're newer to Copilot but already confident with another AI chatbot like ChatGPT or Claude.

Note that we'll be covering features that are only available in paid Enterprise plans so this is not appropriate for those using the free version.
